Wedding Flowers – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Date Reservation

Your wedding date is secured once I have received the agreed booking fee/deposit. Until the deposit has been received, your date remains available for other enquiries.

2. Booking Fee & Payments

The booking fee is non-refundable and is deducted from the final balance. The remaining balance is due by the date stated on your quotation/invoice. I will confirm the payment schedule when your booking is secured.

3. Your Floral Design

All wedding flowers are created specifically for your wedding and will be designed in line with the agreed quotation, colour palette and overall style. As flowers are a natural product, exact varieties, shades, sizes and availability can vary. If a particular flower is unavailable, I may substitute it with a suitable alternative of a similar style, quality and value.

4. Seasonal Flowers

Where possible, I will source seasonal and British-grown flowers. Availability can change throughout the year, so the final selection of flowers may be confirmed closer to your wedding date.

5. Changes to Your Order

I am happy to discuss changes to your flowers and styling before the final order is placed. Any additions or changes may result in an adjustment to the quoted price. Final flower quantities and requirements will be confirmed before I place the wedding flower order.

6. Final Details & Payment

A final consultation will take place before your wedding to confirm the finer details of your flowers. The final balance must be paid before I place the final flower order.

7. Delivery & Set-Up

Delivery, set-up and agreed on-the-day floral support will be carried out by me or a trusted member of my flower team. I will ensure the flowers are carefully placed and styled ready for your wedding. Where agreed, I or we will remain on site to move or reposition arrangements during the day.

8. Venue Access

The client is responsible for ensuring that I have suitable access to the venue at the agreed delivery and set-up time. Any venue restrictions, access requirements or changes to timings should be communicated to me as soon as possible.

9. Client-Supplied Items & Personal Belongings

If I am asked to use, style or arrange client-supplied items, these must be clean, safe and suitable for use. I cannot accept responsibility for damage to items that are unsuitable, already damaged or defective.

10. Hire Items

Any vases, urns, containers, stands or other styling items supplied by me remain my property unless otherwise agreed. Hired items must be returned in the same condition in which they were supplied. Any loss or damage may result in a replacement or repair charge.

11. Cancellation

If you need to cancel your wedding flower booking, please let me know as soon as possible. The booking fee is non-refundable. Any further payments or cancellation charges will be considered in accordance with the amount of work already undertaken, flowers or materials already purchased and the notice given.

12. Unforeseen Circumstances & Backup Support

I take every precaution to ensure your wedding flowers are delivered and set up as planned. In the very unlikely event that I am unable to attend due to illness or another unforeseen circumstance, I have a trusted team of experienced florists who can step in and support with the preparation, delivery and set-up of your flowers.

I have carefully selected this team and will provide them with your agreed designs and requirements, ensuring your flowers are completed to the agreed style and standard. I will keep you informed of any unexpected circumstances and take every reasonable step to ensure your wedding flowers are taken care of.

13. Flower Care & Responsibility

Fresh flowers are delicate and can be affected by temperature, weather and environmental conditions. Once flowers have been delivered and set up, reasonable care should be taken to protect them from excessive heat, direct sunlight, frost, strong wind and other conditions that may affect their appearance.

14. Photography & Images

I may photograph your completed wedding flowers for use on my website, social media and portfolio. If you do not wish your wedding flowers to be photographed or shared, please let me know before your wedding.

15. Acceptance of Quotation

Payment of the booking fee confirms that you wish to proceed with the quotation and agree to these terms and conditions. The quotation is based on the details discussed and included within your proposal. Any additional requirements will be quoted separately.
